Welcome to Garage ("we", "our", or "the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience using our figure collection management application.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use Garage.
Information We Collect
Garage is designed with privacy in mind. We collect and process the following types of information:
- Collection Data: Information about your figure collection that you voluntarily enter, including names, series, prices, and purchase dates.
- Photos: Images you take or select from your photo library to document your figures.
- 3D Models: If you use our 3D model generation feature, images are processed to create 3D models.
We do not collect personal identification information such as your name, email address, or phone number unless you contact us directly.
Data Storage
Your data is stored in the following ways:
- Local Storage: All collection data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
- iCloud Sync: If enabled, your data is synced across your devices using your personal iCloud account. This data is protected by Apple's security measures.
We do not maintain servers that store your collection data. Your data remains under your control.
Third-Party Services
Garage integrates with the following third-party services:
- Apple iCloud: For data synchronization across your devices (optional).
- Tripo AI: For 3D model generation. When you use this feature, selected images are sent to Tripo's servers for processing. Please refer to Tripo's Privacy Policy for details.
- RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat processes payment-related information through Apple's App Store.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:
- All data stored locally is protected by your device's built-in security features.
- iCloud data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
- We do not have access to your iCloud data or Apple ID credentials.
Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Access: All your data is accessible within the app.
- Export: You can export your collection data at any time using the backup feature.
- Delete: You can delete individual items or all data from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.
- iCloud Data: You can manage iCloud data through your device's Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
